The seismic safety system (Master und Submaster) was installed in the building/ laboratory at the Paul Scherer Institute in Villigen. It turns an event occurs from the supply air of the ventilation system. This measure prevents the case of a strong earthquake, the supply air favors the release of activity from damaged areas or parts of buildings.
