Early quake warning system installed
In a ceremonious ceremony in Pakistan Malteser International has handed over to AJK government’s State Disaster Management Authority (SDMA) 6 earthquake early warning systems. Within the cope of this ceremony the utility of such system was stressed and volunteers demonstrated during a test alarm, activated by the earthquake system, how to behave in case of an earthquake to minimize physical and material losses.
